Which piece suits your pet?
Breed points to the right questions, but it does not replace measurements. Two dogs of similar weight can differ in length, width and resting posture.

Measure your pet.
- Length
- Standing, from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail.
- Height
- From the floor to the withers, the highest point of the shoulders.
- Width
- At the widest part of the body.
- Weight
- Its current weight and, if it is still growing, its expected adult weight.

Watch how it rests.
Notice whether it sleeps curled up or stretched out, and whether it prefers an open or a sheltered place to rest. The RSPCA recommends a bed that allows natural postures and room to stretch the legs.

Compare it with the interior space.

Breed examples: questions, not assignments.
- Dachshund: check length and access.
- Whippet or greyhound: room to stretch out.
- Bulldog: width and turning room.
- Labrador or golden: adult size and load.
- Pomeranian or small poodle: access, height and posture.

For cats, the fit depends on the size of the openings and platforms and on the distance between levels: ask our team.
