Only what you enter in the advice and trade dossier request forms: name, email, telephone, company or studio, professional profile, city or country, the reason for your enquiry and your message. The language and the page you write from are stored with them.

We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you are a professional, to send you the dossier and assess a possible business relationship. We do not pass your data on to third parties or use it to send you unsolicited advertising.

Your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries from professionals.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Enquiries are recorded in the contact management tool (CRM) used by Alegory and may be notified to the team by email through a transactional email provider. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides visit measurement. All of them act as data processors, under the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR.

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Whenever a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR provides for international transfers.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to alegory@alegory.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not set third-party tracking cookies.

To measure visits and performance we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies. They record actions such as viewing a piece, opening a catalogue or requesting professional information, without the content of forms, names, emails or telephone numbers, and without URL parameters other than campaign (utm) ones.

The website stores a technical flag in your browser storage so the opening animation is not repeated for a while. It contains no personal data.
